The Fresh Collective is renowned for delivering premium hospitality experiences across Australias most iconic venues. We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Event Manager to join our team at the Art Gallery of NSW.

Reporting to the Head of Events & Catering you will play a key role in the coordination and delivery of diverse eventsfrom stylish private dinners and creative offsite catering to large-scale corporate events and memorable weddings. About the Role

• Full-Time Permanent position based at one of Sydneys premier cultural institutions.
• Manage all aspects of event planning including quoting coordination and execution for a dedicated client base.
• Build and retain excellent relationships with clients suppliers and internal operations teams.
• Prepare detailed event sheets proposals and accurate handover documentation for the operations team.
• Conduct post-event follow-ups within 2 days to gather feedback and secure future opportunities.
• Contribute to budgeted revenue and profit targets through upselling and commercial awareness.
• Maintain accurate records and task management within the Momentus database.

About You

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role within catering hospitality groups or venues.
• Tertiary education preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for both clients and internal departments.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines and manage event loose ends.
• Proficiency in event software specifically Momentus is highly regarded.
