The Associate - Regional Head Office Co-Ordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between the Regional Head Office and all branch units. The role involves administrative coordination and communication support to ensure efficient operations timely reporting and effective implementation of regional directives.
Key Responsibilities
Coordination & Communication
- Act as a nodal point of contact between RH Office and branches.
- Facilitate timely submission of data reports and compliance statements.
- Coordinate meetings and ensure dissemination of circulars and policy updates.
Administrative Support
- Assist in day-to-day administration correspondence and record maintenance.
- Support procurement and manage facility-related issues.
- Monitor attendance leave records and assist Manager - Branch Coordination.
GB Office Support
- Provide administrative support to the London Branch (GB Office).
- Coordinate procurements vendor management and premises maintenance.
- Assist in organizing events visits and inspections.
Data & Reporting
- Maintain records and databases.
- Prepare MIS reports and track pending issues for timely resolution.
Support to Regional Head
- Provide secretarial and coordination support including meetings and correspondence.
- Handle confidential documents.
- Support ad hoc tasks including occasional out-of-hours work.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Attention to detail flexibility and ability to work independently.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate (preferably in Commerce Administration or related field).
- 3-5 years of relevant experience (banking/financial sector preferred).
