As a local and national leader in the restoration industry we help home and business owners get their lives back on track after disaster strikes. Our services include Water Damage Restoration Fire/Smoke Restoration Mold Remediation Odor Remediation & Biohazard Cleaning.

Responsibilities include:

Responding to service calls as needed
Being on a rotating on-call schedule
Performing services following SERVPRO production guidelines
Communicating with the Crew Chief to ensure customer needs are met
Supporting crew members and production staff
Cleaning and maintaining vehicles equipment warehouse and office areas

Our technicians are dispatched to different jobsites throughout the week providing constant variety and new challenges.

Paid Training Real Career Skills

No experience No problem.

We regularly hire people with zero background in restoration and train them from the ground up.

You will learn a skilled trade that:

Earning Potential

Base Pay: $17.00$19.00 per hour to start (Advancement and raises available)

On-Target Earnings (OTE) Most full-time technicians earn:

$45000$55000 in total annual compensation in their first year Top performers and team leaders regularly earn $60000 annually

These figures are based on actual employee earnings.

Additional Pay Opportunities Include:

Overtime pay On-call and emergency response bonuses Double-time / triple-time pay Biohazard and specialty work pay Prevailing wage projects Volunteer surge coverage bonuses

The more flexible reliable and skilled you become the more you earn. Many technicians increase their income by 30%50% through these programs.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

Lift 50 lbs regularly; up to 100 lbs with assistance
Walk and stand for long periods
Drive company vehicles
Climb ladders
Work at ceiling heights
Work in crawl spaces and attics
Perform repetitive lifting pushing and pulling
Work with chemicals and equipment
Occasionally wear a respirator

Exposure may include fumes airborne particles heat odors and loud environments.

Schedule

Full-time: 8:00 a.m. 4:30 p.m. MondayFriday
40 hours per week
Frequent overtime evenings and weekends
Primarily local travel
Participate in rotating on-call schedule
