WhatYoullActuallyDo
- Maintainservice andrepair sewts robotic systemsatcustomer sites acrossEurope.
- Carry outhardwareinstallationsreplacements andmechanical adjustmentson-site.
- Runsystem diagnosticsandtroubleshoot faults electricalmechanical and software-side.
- Performscheduled preventivemaintenance to keep systems running before problems appear.
- Supportnew deploymentson-siteduring installationandcommissioning phases.
- Traincustomer operatorsonday-to-day system handlingandbasictroubleshooting.
- Document every service visit fault and fix yourreportsmaketheproductbetter.
- Bethecalm reliablepresence customers trust when something goes wrong.
Your profile
Who You Are
- Completed vocational training (Berufsausbildung) in mechatronics electronics electrical engineering mechanical engineering or a comparable trade no university degree needed.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in field service machine maintenance or technical support.
- Comfortable working on electromechanical systems youve opened machines diagnosed faults and fixed them.
- Calm and methodical under pressure a broken robot at a customer site doesnt rattle you.
- Reliable and self-sufficient in the field you manage your day your tools and your customer.
- Good communicator: you can explain a technical issue clearly to someone who isnt technical.
- Willing to travel regularly across Europe (approx. 4060%).
- Driving licence required.
- English fluency required; German is a strong plus.
- Experience with industrial robots or automated production systems.
- Basic knowledge of robot programming or PLC systems.
- Familiarity with pneumatic or sensor-based systems.
- Previous experience in a startup or fast-moving technical environment.
- Additional European language were expanding fast across the continent.
