The Adventure Ahead
As an Associate Solution Deployment Manager you are the architect of the first impression ensuring our SMB customers transition seamlessly from new user to platform power-user. Youll bridge the gap between complex business needs and technical solutions serving as the strategic guide that turns Docebos potential into a tangible superpower for teams around the globe. This isnt just about managing a checklist; its about driving high-impact transformations and ensuring every learners journey starts with a win.
The Day-to-Day
Champion the Journey: Manage multiple concurrent projects for customers across different countries ensuring every onboarding experience is world-class.
Define the Win: Partner with customers to identify and document key Success Criteria that will serve as the North Star for the duration of the engagement.
Master the Map: Develop and monitor comprehensive implementation schedules including functional customization and technical integration projects to meet client objectives.
Bridge the Gaps: Facilitate and configure functional/technical specifications that align perfectly with a clients unique enhancement and integration requirements.
Guard the Goal: Proactively prevent identify and communicate project risks both internally and externally to keep implementations on track.
Drive Alignment: Document and share project activities across Customer Success departments to ensure a seamless continuous experience for our clients.
Optimize the Engine: Ensure all projects stay within utilization and budget targets while maintaining impeccable project documentation.
