TheAffiliateRelationshipsManager is a revenue acceleratorwho willhelp grow the tasty brand through third-party will own theaffiliatemarketing channel end-to-end building the operational infrastructure and scalewhat works.

Additionally you will also support thebusinessleadersin managingourbroader strategicrelationships helping coordinate and track deliverablesand marketing goalsacross a set of larger platform integrations exchange relationships and co-marketing initiativeswith other industry will get meaningful exposure and the opportunity to grow in scope as theprogrammatures.

WhatYoullDo:

AffiliateProgram Operations & Analytics

• Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship owner forourentire portfolio ofaffiliaterelationships
• Manage end-to-end program operationswhich involveaffiliateonboarding contract executionandpayout processing
• Ownaffiliate-level analyticssuch astrackingCPFA customer segment distribution revenue contribution and ROI across the full portfolio
• Identifyoptimization levers within existing relationships and execute on them
• Scout evaluate and onboard affiliatesacross influencers publishersinvestor education companiesfinancial content creators and adjacent platforms
• Build andmaintainthe operational infrastructure that makes the program scalablebystandardizingtracking documentation onboarding processes and reporting cadences
• Interactcross-functionally with Legal and Compliance on contentand contractapprovalsMarketing on campaigns and creative assets and Data on customer quality measurement and reporting

Strategic Partnership Support

• Provide coordination and execution support on larger strategic partnerships
• Manage cross-functional coordination for select partner workstreams keep stakeholders aligned and deliverables on track
• Help develop partner-facing materials andmaintainrelationship infrastructure as needed

Who You Are:

• 4-6years of experience in affiliate marketing performance marketing or partnership-driven growth withdemonstratedtrack recordof scaling programs and delivering measurable results
• Excellentcommunicator andnatural relationship manager who builds trust easily and canrepresenttasty professionally across a range of relationship types
• Strong analytical skills andproficiencywith data analysis and performance optimization
• Comfortable operating in fast-facedcutting edgeenvironments ideally in a startup or growth-stage company where structure isbeing developedandnew ideasarebeing tested on an ongoing basis
• Experience usingaffiliatemanagementplatforms such as ImpactRadiusis a plus but not a requirement
• Havinga network within the fintech retail brokeragefuturesor financial media space that you can activate quicklyis a plus but not a requirement
• Familiarity with FINRA/NFA compliance requirements is plus but not a requirement
  
• Must be willing to obtain your SIE and Series 7 licenses upon hire if not already acquired

Salary Range:$95000 - $125000
The actual salary offered will be based on the candidates level of experience and qualifications.

Discretionary Performance Bonus: 8-12%of base salarybased on individual and company performance.
