Job Summary

At this time we are looking for a Commercial Construction Estimator that is organized and detail oriented to join the team! Duties

Analyze required bid documents blueprints and project specifications to gain a thorough understanding of the project
Develop and maintain relationships with company vendors Clients Subcontractors and contractors
Prepare material estimates Labor estimates and cost estimates for the product or service

Requirements

5-7 years of Commercial Construction Estimating experience
Good knowledge of MS Office 365 suite and Procore estimating software or similar software is required
Ability to research historical project data to produce a budget for clients

Details

$80k - $120k a year

Normal Working Hours Additional Working Hours and travel as needed. This is a full-time position working 8:00 a.m.4:30 p.m. MondayFriday
