Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing a diverse portfolio of middle-market accounts ensuring exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a professional demeanor and a proven track record in handling generalist books of business. This is a fully remote position offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while being supported with all necessary equipment.

Compensation Package

• Salary: $70000 - $80000 per year
• 401(k): 3% company match

Responsibilities

• Manage a generalist book of middle-market accounts including industries such as restaurants hospitality manufacturing cemeteries trucking and prescribed fire.
• Handle accounts ranging in size from $25000 to $500000 in premium.
• Quote new and renewal business ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with team members to split and manage books of business effectively.
• Utilize EPIC software to maintain and update client records.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Work closely with the leadership team to ensure seamless onboarding and training.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years handling a generalist book of middle-market accounts.
• Software Proficiency: Extensive experience with EPIC software (5 years).
