Wine Club Coordinator
Trefethen Family Vineyards is looking for the right individual for an important onsite position on our Direct-to-Consumer sales team. Under the supervision of the Wine Club & Fulfillment Supervisor this position is responsible for the accurate processing of a high volume of orders and delivering the highest level of customer service to our long-time club members and other clients. The Wine Club Coordinator is expected to be energetic detail-oriented organized and a highly skilled salesperson. Essential Functions
Deliver superlative customer service via telephone e-mail and text
Actively promote manage and retain wine club memberships
Maintain club membership database including entry of new member information
Effectively share our brand story and sell our wines to existing and prospective customers
Process Direct-to-Consumer orders in various sales channels
Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment shipment tracking and resolve issues as they arise
Support Wine Educator presentations by visiting with club members and guests in-person encouraging club enrollment and retention
Regularly support reservations-related phone calls emails and texts for creation and modification of experiences and winery event bookings for members and guests
Communication changes or special notes received related to visitation to the hospitality team
Update credit cards addresses and other client data in our customer database
Complete handwritten correspondence for new members thank you messages and gift orders
Work collaboratively to assist and support all Direct-to-Consumer team members including answering inquiries from Visitor Center Team
Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Experience in sales and customer service in the wine industry
Effective courteous communication skills with diverse clients via email phone and text
Proficient computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft suite (Word Excel Teams Outlook and Sharepoint)
Experience with winery platforms including Redchirp Tock Commerce7 SOVOS ShipCompliant and WineDirect or similar fulfillment partner
Organized and detail oriented
Enjoy working in a team environment and open to performing various duties as assigned
Ability to handle frequently changing priorities with enthusiasm and a calm demeanor
Passion for wine and customer service
Professional appearance and demeanor
Typical work schedule of 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (Tues through Sat) with occasional overtime
Working Conditions
Work is performed within a general office environment with standard office equipment available. Work is sedentary in nature but may require standing and walking for up to 30% of the time. The nature of this position requires one to be on the phone and at a computer several hours of most days.
Physical Requirements
Operate a desktop computer using keyboard and mouse employing repetitive arm and wrist motions
Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items and work with the fingers
Specific vision abilities require close and distance vision
Sit for long periods of time
Occasionally lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
Occasionally bend stoop reach kneel crouch or climb stairs Job Type: Full-time Non-Exempt Onsite
Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay scale offered for this position is $25.00-$28.00/hour. This salary range represents what we reasonably expect to pay for this position. However the actual pay rate will depend upon job-related factors such as overall qualifications skills experience education etc. The Company reserves the right to modify the range at any time.
