This role cooperates intimately with senior leaders to advance platform performance preserve strong controls and support continuous innovation. Youll also lead People Risk and Operations governance serving as the regional champion for peopleowned risks controls and operational resilience within enterprise risk systems. The opportunity This role ensures the People function operates with confidence clarity and resilience. It does so by owning Workday leading all aspects of People systems and managing HR risk in a highly regulated environment. The person in this position will strengthen controls improve datadriven decisionmaking and streamline HR processes that directly support business growth and regulatory assurance.
