• Competitive base pay between $19.00 to $21.00 per hour commensurate with experience and skills

About the Role:

In this position you will:

• Maintain accurate records of incoming materials including data entry tracking product orders and updating internal systems

• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any supply issues

• Inspect and verify received materials identifying and escalating any missing or damaged items

• Serve as a key liaison between vendors service departments and internal teams to support smooth project execution

• Manage and update spreadsheets reports and order tracking systems to provide visibility into inventory and job status

Key Qualifications:

• Previous administrative or clerical experiencepreferred

• 1 years of professional Microsoft Office experience

• Ability to type minimum 40 wpm

• High attention to detailin a fast-paced environment

• Strong verbal communications skills

• Ability to integrate information from multiple sources quickly and accurately
