Job Summary

The Senior Director of Demand Gen for Central Europe is the regional marketing leader responsible for driving revenue-contributing pipeline across the region. This individual is the primary marketing business partner to the Central Europe MDs CDs and Heads of Sales and aligns the full marketing mix to CRO priorities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Own regional demand generation strategy and pipeline contribution targets aligned to regional revenue goals

Lead a team of marketers BDR Director & BD team covering Net New Install Base Channel and ABM motions

Co-define quarterly territory plans with sales leadership; present marketing ROI in CRO QBRs

Oversee IFS Connect events partner marketing programmes and ABM/AI campaign execution

Manage regional marketing budget with full accountability


Qualifications :

  • 10 years of experience in B2B demand generation or field marketing ideally within enterprise software or SaaS 

  • Proven track record of delivering significant pipeline growth across multiple European markets 

  • Strong experience in both net new acquisition and install base marketing 

  • Deep understanding of complex sales cycles and enterprise buying groups 

Regional Expertise 

  • Experience operating across France Iberia DACH and Eastern Europe 

  • Ability to navigate regional differences in marketing execution channels and buyer behaviour 

Industry Experience (Preferred) 

Experience in one or more of the following sectors: 

  • Manufacturing 

  • Energy Utilities & Resources 

  • Transportation 

  • Construction & Engineering 

  • Telecommunication 

Skills & Competencies 

  • Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline 

  • Highly data-driven with strong analytical skills 

  • Expertise in ABM digital demand generation and integrated campaign planning 

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills 

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced high-growth environment
