About the Role
The Account Coordinator is a pivotal role designed to act as the primary liaison between our account management leadership and marketing delivery teams. This isnt a passive administrative role; we are looking for a proactive self-starter who can read between the lines and transform complex meeting discussions into actionable project flows. Initially focusing on internal coordination and high-level administrative support this role is a launchpad intended to grow into a strategic client leadership function within 612 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Meeting & Communication Management: Attend client and internal meetings to capture detailed structured notes and key decisions.
- Task Execution: Convert discussions into actionable tasks within assigning them to appropriate teams and ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Project Oversight: Own project timelines build internal agendas and ensure all deliverables align with client goals.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct QA on campaigns creative assets and reports to ensure 100% accuracy before client delivery.
- Internal Liaison: Act as the internal advocate for the client coordinating across media creative and analytics teams to keep work moving forward.
- Reporting Support: Assist in creating client presentations and performance summaries using tools like Looker Studio.
Qualifications & Skills
Hard Skills:
- Project Management Tools: Proficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint).
- Digital Marketing Literacy: Basic familiarity with industry jargon (CPC SEO fundamentals Paid Search/Social).
- Reporting Platforms: Experience or exposure to Google Analytics (GA4) and Looker Studio.
- AI Integration: Willingness to leverage AI tools (ChatGPT Gemini) to improve workflow efficiency and output quality.
