What you will be doing:
- Provide warm engaging and professional service to guests in cabanas and poolside areas
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them in a timely manner
- Anticipate guest needs and personalize service to enhance the overall experience
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menu offerings including food beverages and daily features
- Ensure cabana areas are clean organized and set up to luxury standards at all times
- Handle guest requests and concerns with professionalism and care
- Process payments accurately using POS systems
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
- Follow all health safety and hygiene standards
- Other duties assigned
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Previous serving experience in a restaurant lounge or outdoor/poolside environment preferred
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume environment
- Knowledge of food and beverage service including cocktails and wine is an asset
- ProServe certification (or equivalent) required
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends holidays and outdoor conditions
