Project Manager Automotive, Investment Construction

Due to the continued success and expansion of our business in Slovakia we are currently recruiting for experienced Project Manager / Project Engineer who will lead a large-scale industrial construction project on the investors side.

This position is ideal for a professional who enjoys complex challenges can think strategically coordinate teams and at the same time maintain high standards of quality budget control and deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive management of a large-scale industrial construction project from concept through handover to the client
• Responsibility for budget schedule procurement quality and risk management
• Preparation of the project plan including milestones resources risks and control points
• Communication with the client during all project phases including reporting and regular updates
• Coordination of contractors management of tenders and evaluation of bids
• Leadership of the project team fostering collaboration and achievement of project goals
• Monitoring project performance using KPIs and updating plans and forecasts
• Change management and implementation of risk mitigation measures
• Ensuring efficient information flow between the project team and the client
• Advisory support in stakeholder strategy and expectation management

Qualifications :

• University degree (Bachelors or Masters) in Civil Engineering (Building Construction) or a related technical field
• 7 years of experience in construction project management
• Experience managing industrial hall projects with investment volumes of at least EUR 30 million
• Experience representing the investors side is an advantage
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office SharePoint Microsoft Project PlanRadar Dalux or similar tools
• Methodical approach with strong attention to detail accuracy and data validation
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to plan and coordinate multiple activities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of commitment and resilience to stress
• Slovak: Expert (C2); English: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher with ability to communicate technical terminology
• Driving license: Category B
