Job Title: Assisted Living Charge Nurse (LPN)

Location: Bethany Home Sioux Falls

Schedule:

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
• Full-Time (5 days/week)
• Every 3rd weekend rotation

Pay Range: $26 $33 per hour (Wage based on experience and Bethanys wage scale)

At Bethany Home we are caring people caring for peopleand were looking for a dependable and compassionate LPN to serve as our Assisted Living Charge Nurse.

What Youll Do:

• Serve as the primary nurse for Assisted Living overseeing resident assessments orders treatments and medications
• Support ALF nursing staff with clinical guidance and day-to-day coordination
• Participate in daily huddles to communicate resident updates and priorities
• Assist with admissions and discharges within Assisted Living
• Collaborate with leadership on audits compliance and staff education
• Help coordinate transportation for resident appointments
• Support care conferences and assist with resident/family concerns
• Provide support across departments as needed to ensure quality care and team success

What Were Looking For:

• Active LPN license in South Dakota
• Previous experience in a leadership or charge nurse role preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and compliance
