As a Production Assistant you will play a crucial role in supporting the production process from start to finish ensuring that all tasks are executed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up production equipment and workspaces before filming or events.
• Support the production team with organizing and managing production materials and supplies.
• Help coordinate communication between departments to ensure smooth workflow and scheduling.
• Assist in tracking and updating production schedules and call sheets.
• Provide on-set assistance during shoots or events including managing talent and equipment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in film media or related field is a plus.
• Strong interest in film television or media production.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Good communication skills and a positive professional attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings late nights and weekends if required.
