As an Engineer you serve as a technicalspecialistdelivering the engineering that powers the product. You develop keen insight into the technical architecture and design to deliver robust and scalable software components. You constantlydemonstratethe depth of yourexpertiseby solving engineering problems. You are passionate about the quality of software and balance between speed of delivering new features and robustness of the software components you implement. You can handle operational issues with little or no oversight.You actively review code to ensure the software quality and functional accuracy ismaintainedacross the team. You are keen to learn the design and architecture of the product andparticipatein ceremonies that can influence both.

About this Team:
As an Engineer on the LoyaltyTeam you willbe responsible fordesigning developing andoptimizingsoftware solutions tailored for Loyalty transactions and games. You develop keen insight into the technical architecture and design to deliver robust and scalable software components. You will collaborate with product owners datascientistsand other cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-quality software that meets the evolving needs of our business and guests. You are passionate about the quality of software and balance between speed of delivering new features and robustness of the software components you implement. You contribute to research and proof-of-concept andassistwith code review writesorganizesandmaintainscode based on designs. Participate in structured construction automation debugging and implementation activities ensuring architectural and operational requirements and best practices are met. Resolvefrequentlyencounteredtechnical issues and monitors systems capacity with minimalassistance. You are keen to learn the design and architecture of the product andparticipatein ceremonies that can influence both. Your work will directlyimpactour Guests experience and contribute to the overall success of our loyalty initiatives
