Responsibilities
Serve as the outsourced Controller/CFO for multiple non-profit clients. Your responsibilities would include:
Passionate about working in or supporting non-profit organizations
Bachelors Degree required preferably in Accounting or Finance
5-7plusyears accounting experience
Experience working in a remote environment preferred
Ability to manageand leadmultiple clients work independentlyand be responsiveon a timely basis
Demonstrated strongMicrosoftExcel skills
Experience with multiple GL packages especially QuickBooks andelectronic bill paysystems
Non-profitaccountingpublicaccounting experience and/or consulting experienceisa plusbut not required
CPA certification is a plus
Bilingual-English/Spanish a plus
Our part-time employees are expected to work during normal business hours to best serve our clients

Standard 35-hour full-time work week with eligibility for paid overtime for non-exempt employees
For full-time positions we offer:
4 WEEKS PAID TIME OFF generally consisting of 100 hours paid vacation to start with eligibility for additional vacation based on tenure and a minimum 40 hours sick time subject to applicable state law
9 paid holidays

Starting annual base salary is $100000 to $125000 based on a 35-hour work week for this non-exempt position. Total compensation may increase with overtime pay and eligibility for various bonuses.
