Urology Physician – St. Cloud or Willmar, Minnesota

Work alongside nine accomplished Urologists and six Advanced Practice Providers supporting the largest urology practice in Greater Minnesota.

Be part of a highly skilled collaborative team that values professional growth. Physicians will provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient general urology care with the option to sub-specialize supported by advanced OR suites with dedicated urology block time on-site lab and imaging services and access to da Vinci robotic surgery at multiple locations. The practice is supported by hospital-based APPs and urology technicians with robust referrals from more than 30 CentraCare primary care and specialty clinics as well as external partners and strong collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. New to practice Our mentorship program ensures a smooth transition and long-term success. The position offers a guaranteed base salary in the first year with the potential for substantial earnings starting in year two based on productivity and performance metrics.

• Call every 9th weekend Holiday

Pay and Benefits

• Salary range:$525000 - $710000 per year
  • Pay may be determined by factors such as education experience skills knowledge location and internal equity
  • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

• BE/BC in Urology
• Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure
