Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

We are currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Focus in Senior Resident care to join our team. As a CNA you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents helping them live as independently and comfortably as possible while ensuring their safety dignity and well-being.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing dressing grooming eating and mobility.
• Monitor and report changes in residents health status including vital signs physical condition and emotional well-being.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents fostering a positive and caring environment.
• Assist with medication reminders and follow established medication administration protocols under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.
• Help residents with transfers including assisting with moving in and out of bed wheelchairs and other mobility aids.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by keeping residents rooms and common areas organized and ensuring adherence to infection control procedures.
• Support residents with rehabilitation exercises and other health-related activities as directed by the care team.
• Document care provided including daily activities health observations and any changes in residents condition in accordance with facility policies and regulations.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed ensuring dietary preferences and restrictions are followed.
• Respond to emergencies or requests for assistance in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Work collaboratively with nursing staff and other team members to provide holistic care and ensure the comfort and safety of all residents.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid CNA certification in the state of Arizona.
• Certified Caregiver Certification- Must be able to pass Meds
• Current CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug test.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with residents families and team members.
• Compassionate and patient with a genuine desire to care for seniors.
• Ability to lift and assist with mobility and transfers following proper safety protocols.
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in an assisted living or healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
