The Role

As a Distribution Technician you are the final line of defense for our customers. You will ensure every product meets our zero-defect standard through meticulous inspection assembly and packaging.

What Youll Do (Day-to-Day)

• Precision Assembly: Accurately inspect separate and package label products according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Quality Control: Maintain high-quality standards by identifying printing or laminating errors before they reach the customer.

• Logistics Support: Use ERP systems to log materials and ensure shipments are directed to the correct locations.

• Safety & Organization: Maintain a clean safe workspace and utilize required PPE.

• Technical Basics: High school diploma/GED; ability to read measurements and follow complex instruction manuals.

• Physical Ability: Comfortable standing for full shifts and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Shift: Saturday-Wednesday 10PM - 6:30AM

The hourly rate for this position is $17.05 - $22.73 / hour
The hiring wage rate range above represents what Avery Dennison reasonably expects to pay for this position as of the date of this posting. Actual salaries will vary within the some circumstances this may be above or below the range (based on various factors including but not limited to a candidates relevant skills experience education and training location as well as the job scope and complexity responsibilities and regular and/or necessary travel required for the position).
