A little about this position:
- Establish program structure philosophy and direction.
- Design and control budget.
- Design staff template and hire people train observe and evaluate them then guide them to improved performance.
Requirements:
- High School graduate or equivalent college degree preferred.
- Minimum five years coaching experience at all age and ability levels preferred.
- Minimum of three years in a supervisory/management role.
- Knowledge of USSA Western Region FWSC procedures
- USSCA National certification or equivalent
Pay: $85489.17 - $90916.88 per year
