About the Opportunity

An established insurance agency is looking for a driven Commercial Lines Producer to join their growing team. This is a primarily remote role with occasional in-office collaboration offering the flexibility to build your book while still staying connected to a supportive team.

This is a true hunter roleideal for someone who thrives on building relationships generating new business and taking ownership of their success.

What Youll Do

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow a commercial lines book of business
• Prospect through cold calling networking referrals and agency-generated leads
• Build and manage client relationships from initial outreach through bind and renewal
• Complete applications accurately and thoroughly
• Partner with account managers and underwriters to craft customized proposals
• Stay relationship-focused post-bind while account managers handle servicing
• Document all interactions and manage pipeline activity using CRM tools
• Utilize Nexsure (Dyad) for policy and account management (training provided)
• Attend team meetings in-office 34 times per month

What You Bring

• 5 years of commercial insurance sales experience
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
• Proven success with cold calling and lead generation
• True hunter mentality with a track record of building new business
• Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills
