We focus on design-build/design-assist projects as well as tenant fit-outs and also have experience on base and new building construction school construction and specialty piping projects.

Job Summary

R&R Mechanicals Service Division seeks a dynamic professional to join as a Service Inside Sales/Estimating Representative. This role involves promoting and selling HVAC services in the DC Metro area. Responsibilities include building and maintaining customer relationships establishing contact with prospects qualifying potential buyers scheduling sales calls and implementing marketing strategies.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Identify develop and engage with prospects to generate and convert sales leads.
Analyze customer needs and develop tailored service packages.
Prospect present and close HVAC service agreements and projects.
Expand the maintenance base by selling HVAC services and solutions to new and existing customers including repairs modernization and agreements.
Negotiate prices terms and prepare sales agreements.
Use technical knowledge to create project specs and estimates for best value.
Follow up on sales bids and leads.
Establish customer loyalty through exceptional service.
Maintain communication with customers for satisfaction.
Maintain databases and customer lists for opportunities.
Assist technicians by contacting customers providing quotes and writing proposals.
Complete company processes and paperwork accurately and promptly.
Collaborate with the Service President and team to enhance account programs and processes.
Develop or complete scopes of work for maintenance or service.
Develop a sales strategy to explain company offerings.
Conduct customer surveys as needed.
Continuously improving sales skills and product knowledge through training.
Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
35 years of related experience in a HVAC or construction industry.
2 years experience in HVAC commercial chiller or maintenance service sales ideal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written with strong interpersonal skills.
Building positive working relationships with multiple levels of employees and management is required.
Ability to prioritize tasks meet deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong customer presentation skills and sales aptitude demonstrated.

Compensation Range: $70000 - $80000
Other Compensation: Bonus eligible commission plan eligible auto allowance eligible.
