About the Role
Calling all founders and future founders Brellium is building out the Founders Office.
This is a high-leverage high-motor high-impact seat that works directly with our CEO to scale the business and shape the foundation of a world-class AI company. Youll have a front-row seat and a very direct role in tackling our highest-priority strategic and operational challenges as we continue to grow. Youll drive strategic initiatives across the company identify key areas for improvement build the processes that arent there yet and ultimately get things done.
One quarter that might look like spinning up a net-new vertical from zero market research first pitches first contracts. The next quarter it could be fixing a broken sales <> implementation handoff running a special-projects investigation or sitting in on customer calls to unblock a product bet. Wherever the leverage is youll be there.
This role starts as a generalist. Over time youll have the opportunity to grow into a General Manager of a function or take on even higher level projects.
