Description:
As a strategic and influential HR leader the Associate Director HR Director will play a critical role in driving business outcomes by developing and implementing comprehensive people strategies that align with the organizations goals. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership providing expert guidance on organizational development talent management and workforce planning.
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that drive business results align with organizational goals and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Provide expert guidance to senior leadership on organizational development talent management and workforce planning ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Talent Management & Development:
- Develop and implement talent management strategies that attract retain and develop top talent ensuring a strong pipeline of future leaders.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and develop key talent providing coaching and development opportunities to drive growth and succession.
- Facilitate global talent reviews with Finance LT: identify successors (ready now/ready soon) assess risk and maintain actionable development plans.
- Build and run an enterprise-grade succession program for critical Finance roles (e.g. Controllers FP&A leads Treasury Tax Internal Audit Finance Transformation).
Organizational Effectiveness:
- Lead organizational design and restructuring initiatives ensuring alignment with business objectives and optimal use of resources.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to drive cultural transformation and minimize disruption.
Global HRBP Network & Governance (Technology HQ / Zones)
- Establish and lead a global Finance HRBP forum (cadence agenda decision rights) to align people priorities share best practices and ensure consistent execution across zones.
- Create standard governance for key processes (talent reviews succession performance calibration mobility) with clear RACI across HQ zones and COEs.
Employee Experience & Engagement:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive employee engagement retention and well-being ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to address employee concerns resolve conflicts and promote open communication.
- Develop a Global Finance Community strategy to strengthen identity belonging and collaboration across geographies (community charter programming ownership model).
- Build scalable engagement channels: global townhalls learning weeks communities of practice (FP&A controllership transformation) recognition programs tied to Finance priorities.
Requirements:
- 8 years of experience in HR roles preferably with relevant executive leaders on global scope
- Proven track record of driving business outcomes through HR strategies and initiatives.
- Strong business acumen with ability to analyze data and inform business decisions.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence senior leaders and drive change.
Must haves:
- Proven experience partnering with senior Finance leaders as a strategic HR advisor-someone who understands how people decisions impact financial performance and can confidently influence at the executive level.
- Strong global talent and organizational capability including succession planning executive talent development and navigating complex matrixed organizations across multiple regions.
- Demonstrated change leadership using data and workforce insights to guide organizational decisions lead transformation and support largescale initiatives.
- A track record of driving performance and culture with experience reinforcing accountability meritbased outcomes and continuous improvement within leadership teams.
