Data Enablement Consultant

We are seeking a Data Enablement Consultant with strong expertise in data security governance and transformation to support enterprise-wide initiatives including a major BSS/OSS transformation and data migration program.

This is a client-facing high-impact role where youll blend stakeholder engagement change management and delivery expertise to ensure successful outcomes across complex environments.

• Lead business stakeholder engagement and change management for the Data Office across multiple business units
• Drive adoption and readiness for BSS/OSS transformation and large-scale data migration initiatives
• Partner with business owners to identify impacts manage resistance and enable smooth transitions
• Establish and embed data governance frameworks and feedback loops to sustain engagement
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams ensuring alignment across sales and delivery
• Support the implementation and adoption of the Securiti platform for data security and governance

Qualifications :

• Strong experience in data governance data security or data enablement
• Hands-on exposure to Securiti or similar data privacy/governance tools
• Proven experience in driving adoption across different business units for a data privacy tool
• Proven track record in change management and stakeholder engagement within large transformation programs
• Experience across BSS/OSS environments or telecommunications is highly desirable
• Ability to operate across sales and delivery shaping solutions and driving execution
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• A self-starter who is proactive takes ownership and thrives in fast-paced dynamic environments
