Job Summary

About the role

Join a small entrepreneurial agile global team using data analytics and technology at scale to propel the growth of our core products in key geographies and accelerate our end-to-end development cycle times. You will work side by side with colleagues in the office to jointly problem-solve iterate quickly to drive tangible results and learn from each other.

You will collaborate with colleagues across the globe and make a tangible difference to help bring our innovative products to more patients faster.

Key Responsibilities

This is an office-based role in Stockholm reporting to the Senior Analytics Manager.

  • Analyze data from across the company to understand what drives business performance uncover opportunities for growth and deliver actionable insights that support better decision-making across Sobi.
  • Your insights will directly influence key decisions at every level of the organization from the CEO to key business leaders ensuring your work has a meaningful and visible impact.
  • Design develop and embed digital solutions for our field teams empowering them to make better decisions faster.
  • Contribute to the continued development of our analytics and technology stack helping us scale and raise our capabilities as the business evolves.

Qualifications :

About you

You are a collaborative team player who enjoys rolling up your sleeves taking ownership and making a tangible contribution in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift.

You are naturally curious and eager to grow energized by continuously evolving how we use data analytics and technology to help the company reach new levels.

 

To succeed in this role you bring:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g. economics business science or engineering)
  • 3 years of experience in data analytics modeling and visualization
  • Strong skills in data extraction and manipulation using a programming language (preferably R)
  • Proficiency with data visualization and development platforms (preferably Qlik Cloud; PowerApps is a plus)
  • Advanced Excel skills (Power Query Pivot Tables)
  • Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English (Swedish is not required)
