- Execute the sales plan to meet and exceed goals and targets.
- Generate sales in the Direct channel including maintaining a strategy to contact clients and monitoring the segmentation of clients in the channel.
- Planning engagement strategies with Direct Channel which includes virtual seminars and sessions for clients.
- Deliver sales presentations to current and potential clients.
- Drive the direct team and outsourced sales force to achieve business objectives and regularly review performance and provide guidance to optimize effectiveness and achieve business objectives.
- Closely monitor and ensure the accurate recording of all activities client interactions and marketing initiatives in the CRM system. Ensure team adherence to CRM protocols and foster a culture of accountability and precision in data management.
- Stay updated on competitors sales products by benchmarking peers and provide feedback on local markets to the country leadership team.
- Apply the requirements of the regulatory authority and mitigate risks; escalate to senior management as needed.
- To enhance cross-functional collaboration by partnering with Client Services GFAR FTA and Sales Management to ensure the smooth functioning of sales roles within the team focusing on internally directed tasks.
- Providing training on product pitch cross-selling and upselling. Coaching motivating and ensuring team members have the opportunities for growth and success.
- Represent the Franklin Templeton brand and culture through day-to-day activities.
