An exciting opportunity for a smart and motivated Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator in the Fleet area. A perfect opportunity to enjoy a role combining viewings client interaction and upselling services with strong earning potential. Previous Estate Agency experience preferred.

We are recruiting on behalf of an established and successful independent estate agency with several local offices.

This role is ideal for a property professional who thrives on client interaction exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Arrange and conduct property viewings for prospective buyers
• Generate market appraisals and provide accurate property valuations
• Promote and upsell additional services offered by the agency
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
• Undertake administrative tasks related to sales transactions
• Work towards and strive to exceed individual and branch sales targets

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Experience as a residential estate agent; Senior level candidates encouraged to apply
• Excellent sales ability and customer service skills
• Positive attitude with a professional telephone manner
• Well-presented ambitious and self-motivated
• Knowledge of the Fleet area advantageous
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle essential
• Thorough professional approach to estate agency practices
