All Saints C.E. Junior Academy is seeking a committed and compassionateInclusion Coordinatorto join our dedicated and successful team. This role would suit an experienced inclusion leaderora skilled teacher ready to take the next step in their career with appropriate support and development.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a clear commitment to inclusive practice and improving outcomes for pupils with SEND.
• Has completed or is willing to undertake the National Award for SEN Coordinators.
• Has a strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and current SEND developments.
• Is keen to develop their leadership skills and support colleagues effectively.
• Builds positive partnerships with pupils parents staff and external professionals.
• Has experience of (or the willingness to develop skills in) leading multiagency. meetings and writing reports.
• Is reflective proactive and child centred in their approach.
