Job Title: Supported Living Manager (Clinical)
Location: Lancing West Sussex (additional service opening soon!)
Salary:per year (reviewed annually)
Hours: 40 hours per week (MondayFriday with on-call duties)


This is a clinical role so a nursing background in complex care would be advantageous.

About the Role

As a Supported Living Manager you will lead a dedicated team and support individuals in their own homes in Lancing as well as at a new service opening soon.


You will support individuals who:

  • Have autism and learning disabilities
  • Communicate their needs effectively
  • Require support with epilepsy management
  • May experience periods of dysregulated behaviour


Your role is to create a structured safe and engaging environment where individuals can thrive. You will also use your clinical expertise to support wider services with protocols guidance and staff training.


Who Were Looking For

  • Experienced manager ideally within autism and learning disability services
  • Nursing qualification with active PIN
  • Confident inspiring leader who can motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
  • Level 5 qualification (or willingness to work towards)
