• Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leader in hospitality.
• Commercially aware with a strong track record of delivering sales and profit growth.
• Excellent leadership and coaching skills with passion for developing others.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes compliance and operational excellence.
• Resilience adaptability and the ability to perform under pressure.
