What youll do
In this role youll take a leadership position in turning VodafoneThree Business technology ambitions into delivered outcomes the organisation can rely on. Youll set direction for how we are set up to deliver complex initiatives create alignment across teams and provide confidence to senior stakeholders that our most critical ambitions are on track.
Youll:
- Design embed and continuously evolve a common scalable and repeatable technology delivery framework across enterprise transformation product and capex portfolios.
- Lead crossfunctional alignment between Business and IT improving decisionmaking prioritisation roles and ways of working to increase delivery quality and pace.
- Own and assure delivery at portfolio level for complex highimpact technology initiatives including new architecture system enhancements and product development.
- Mobilise and lead matrix teams of functional leaders and subject matter experts to deliver initiatives through the full delivery lifecycle coordinating delivery across IT Product Network Operations Commercial and Enablement proactively managing dependencies risks and interlocks.
- Act as a senior point of confidence for delivery challenging plans where needed removing barriers and ensuring outcomes deliver measurable business value.
Ultimately youll help ensure our strategic technology investments deliver tangible results for the business and better outcomes for our customers.
Qualifications :
Who you are
- Proven ability to shape and execute technology delivery strategy translating enterprise-level roadmaps into prioritised executable programmes.
- Extensive experience setting best-practice and leading crossfunctional delivery across Business and IT influencing at senior levels to align priorities resolve dependencies and drive decisions.
- A strong track record of designing embedding and scaling delivery or transformation frameworks within highvolume highvalue environments.
- Deep experience leading business analysis solution design and delivery functions including major transformation initiatives in a large or complex organisation.
