Hours: 30 hours

Salary: 29003- 31214 pro-rata FTE (pro-rata - salary dependent on skills experience and knowledge)

Contract: Permanent

Base: East Oxford (Oxfordshire Mind have properties in Oxford South Oxfordshire and West Oxfordshire. Coverage of multiple sites may be required involving travel between locations)

• An understanding of the issues for people with mental health issues living in the community
• Knowledge of the housing sector

• Experience of working with people with mental health issues.
• Experience of working in a housing or residential setting.
• Experience of working with people with multiple support needs such as a history of not engaging with services non-compliance with medication substance misuse self-harm neglect or challenging behaviour.
• Experience of working with individuals enabling them to identify their own goals to support personal wellbeing and recovery and the ability to support them in pursuing these.

• The ability to take responsibility for your own work and make yourself accountable.
• Good team working skills such as listening and constructive feedback.
• Ability to use your initiative.
• Ability to organise and prioritise work.
• Competent level of administrative and computer skills.
• Ability to work flexibly
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge/Understanding of our values
