We are hiring for our client a well-established and growing professional services organisation to appoint a Junior Personal Assistant / Administrator based in North Dublin.
This Junior Personal Assistant / Administrator role offers a great opportunity for someone early in their career to step into a varied and supportive position providing day-to-day administrative assistance while supporting senior team members. The successful PA/Administrator will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations handling documentation diary coordination and client-related administration.

The Role
- Provide administrative and PA support to the wider team
- Issue cover notes and manage associated documentation
- Carry out quality control checks across paperwork
- Manage diary updates and follow-ups
- Set up direct debits and maintain accurate records
- Handle post filing and general office administration
- Maintain organised systems and ensure documentation is up to date
- Support with ad hoc administrative tasks as required
The Person
- Minimum 1 years experience in an administrative role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook)
- Proactive and willing to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
