DESCRIPTION:
Join our Finance team where youll perform essential accounting functions that help enable our customers to make positive impacts in healthcare and scientific advancement. As an Accounting Assistant II youll prepare and process financial transactions handle billing operations and support month-end activities with precision and accuracy. Working collaboratively across departments youll manage invoice processing analyze financial data and ensure compliance with established procedures. This role offers opportunities for professional growth while contributing to critical financial operations that support our mission of advancing science and improving healthcare outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS:
1 year of relevant accounting/finance experience

Required Education: Secondary Diploma or Equivalent in Accounting Finance or related field.
Technical certification may be required for some positions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures
Detail-oriented with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
Experience with financial management systems and ERP software preferred
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Strong focus on accuracy and quality in all work products
Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal stakeholders
Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining high performance standards
May require occasional travel based on business needs

Compensation

The salary range estimated for this position based in Ontario is $36400.00$54550.00.
