The Stylist is responsible for developing and executing compelling style narratives that translate into inspiring looks across eCommerce editorial and creative channels and adheres to brand standards. This role prepares organizes and styles complete outfits (mens and womenswear) for all photo and video shootsincluding apparel footwear accessories and propswhile ensuring all daily shot goals and styling standards are consistently met on set for on-fig and off-fig studio production. This role will support the Creative and Marketing team and work cross functionally with Merchandising Planning and Production. The Stylist will work collaboratively in a production/studio environment with the creative team consisting of art directors photographers coordinators producers and work under the leadership of our Creative Director and work closely with the Sr. Manager of Studio Production.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Create style narratives that translate into inspiring on brand looks for eCommerce editorial and creative shoots (location and in studio)

Prepare organize and style complete looks for shoots for on-figure and off-figure including sourcing footwear accessories and props as needed and within budgets

Manage time effectively on set to ensure daily shot lists styling standards and production goals are consistently met

Stay informed on current emerging and evolving regional and global fashion trends thoughtfully pushing styling boundaries tomaintaina relevant and modern brand presentation

Ensure all photography samples and merchandise are accurately labeled tracked andproperly storedafter shoots

Coordinate and work withmodelsvendorsand the team to advise on brand and stylingand prepare and execute fittings and castings

Contribute positively to a collaborative team environment

Approach challenges with asolutionfocusedmindset supporting troubleshooting andproblem-solvingon set and behind the scenes

Be available in person at the studio to prepare product collaborate with team and be on-set

Experience Education & Designations

College or University

5 yrs fashionon-figureand off-figurestyling experience with retailclothingor fashion brands

Portfolio of work is requested

Knowledge Skills & Attributes

Strong understanding of fashion trends and styling techniques for both mens and womenswear.

On-fig and Off-fig styling skillsanasset.

Keen eye for detail and applying styling direction

Able to move and organize samplesprepand steam clothing and be on-set to style

Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel WordPowerPoint) experience using creative software (Adobe)anasset.

Additionalsoftwareexperiencean assetincludingAirTableCreativeForce Figma etc.

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects within a fast-paced studio production schedule

Organized within a busy studio environment

The typical hiring range for this position is $52000 - $66500 annually. Final compensation may vary based on job-related factors such as skills experience and demonstrated capabilities as well as internal equity and total rewards considerations.
