Qualifications youll bring:

• A bachelors degree in information technology computer science or a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

• The availability to work full-time hybrid in Schenectady NY

• 5 years of software development product or project management experience in a technology development environment.
• Experience managing personnel. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
• Curiosity to foster innovation and pave the way for growth

Your key responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of product strategies for Customer 360 ensuring alignment with MVPs overall goals and objectives.
• Manage multiple teams including internal teams and external consultants to deliver high-value work efficiently.
• Oversee leaders product owners and scrum masters providing guidance coaching and support to ensure successful project execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product/platform managers architects and business stakeholders to translate long-term product vision into actionable delivery plans.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog coordinating consistent releases and maintaining up-to-date execution plans.
• Foster high levels of collaboration and negotiate requirements with stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor scrum team members including software and quality engineers to advance their skills and ensure the quality and timeliness of their work.
• Drive product innovation and differentiation staying ahead of industry trends and competitors. Drive AI adoption across the organization.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market customers and competitors to identify new opportunities and drive growth.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the product and make data-driven decisions.
• Contribute to our humble pursuit of excellence by performing various responsibilities that may arise reflecting our collective goal of enhancing healthcare delivery and being the difference for the customer.
