About the Role:
The Director Recruiting is a strategic leader responsible for scaling CoreWeaves Operations and IT organizations across multiple functions and this role you will build and execute comprehensive hiring strategies lead and develop a high-performing recruiting team and personally drive senior and executive-level searches. You will partner closely with Operations IT Supply Chain and Data Center leadership to forecast hiring needs optimize recruiting performance and deliver top-tier talent in a high-volume high-growth environment. This role blends strategy and execution requiring both hands-on recruiting expertise and organizational leadership.
Who You Are:
10 years of Operations and IT recruiting experience including 5 years in a recruiting leadership role
Proven track record of hiring senior professional director and executive-level Operations and IT leaders
Experience scaling recruiting operations in a high-growth high-volume environment (500 hires per year)
Experience leading recruiting organizations with 25 direct and/or indirect reports
Demonstrated success recruiting for Supply Chain Data Center Infrastructure and IT functions
Deep knowledge of Operations and IT organizational structures technologies and role requirements
Expertise using sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter GitHub and Gem
Advanced proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g. Greenhouse)
Experience leveraging recruiting analytics to improve time-to-fill pipeline conversion and quality of hire
Experience forecasting hiring needs and workforce planning in partnership with business leaders
Demonstrated ability to influence and advise executive-level stakeholders
Strong negotiation and offer-closing performance in competitive talent markets
Experience supporting international recruiting and global hiring initiatives
Preferred:
Experience recruiting within cloud infrastructure technology or data center environments
Experience implementing sourcing automation and ATS enhancements
Experience partnering with international teams to scale global hiring operations
Experience driving diversity hiring initiatives at scale

The base salary range for this role is $182000 to $242000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge skills experience and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining addition to base salary our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus equity awards and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
