Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to support our day-to-day operations. This role is critical to ensuring smooth administrative processes across the company with a strong emphasis on financial coordination and experience using QuickBooks. While the role is primarily remote occasional in-person support at our North New Jersey office will be required on an as-needed basis.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative operations in a remote environment
- Processing accounts payable and receivable using QuickBooks
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Coordinate with internal teams on invoicing expense tracking and reporting
- Organize company documentation contracts and compliance records
- Assist with onboarding logistics and employee administrative support
- Provide in-office administrative support at the North New Jersey location as needed
- Serve as a point of contact for general operational inquiries
- Help improve and implement administrative processes and systems
- 2 years of experience in an administrative or office management role
- Proven experience using QuickBooks (required)
- Understanding of basic accounting principles
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Willingness and ability to travel to the North New Jersey office on an as-needed basis
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience supporting finance HR or operations teams
- Flexible primarily remote work environment
- Salary: $50000 - $60000
