Your Role in Action

• Carry a small caseload while supporting and supervising Behavior Technicians.
• Provide mentorship training and feedback to clinical staff.
• Monitor client progress and assist in treatment plan development.

• Collaborate with BCBAs and other professionals to ensure high-quality care.
• Contribute to team growth through leadership and program support.

Were seeking passionate ABA professionals ready to step into a leadership role. You bring:

• Bachelors Degree in ABA Psychology Special Education or related field.
• 1 year of ABA experience including direct client care.
• Passion for leadership growth and clinical excellence.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Supervisory experience is a plus but not requiredwell train and support your development.
• Bilingual skills (if required)
