Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Foreman and crew in the installation of landscape construction projects.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools including drills saws skid loaders and other tools required for hardscape both safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by handling and storing materials properly picking up and removing all tools and equipment when not in use and securing the job site on a daily basis.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals of different backgrounds knowledge and skill levels
• Always represent Outerlands best interest and maintain the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in construction preferred (will train the right candidate)
• Valid Drivers License w/acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Ability to work 8-10 hour shifts and Saturdays if needed (overtime available)
• Ability to operate equipment safely
• Enthusiasm and Pride in Work; to create spectacular spaces
