We are hiring atop-performing In-Home Sales Consultantto serve the San Francisco Bay market.
This is an in-home sales role focused on custom premium solutions with a steady flow of pre-qualified appointments strong operational support and a clear path to $150K$200K in annualearnings.
The Opportunity
This role is built for sales professionals who excel inconsultative client-facing environmentsand want to focus their time onclosing not prospecting.
- Run30-35pre-qualified appointments per month
- Work withhigh-intent homeownersactively investing in their spaces
- Sellcustom premium productswith strong average order values

This is a fully field-based position. Consultants travel locally throughout thegreaterSan Franciscometroareaeach day typically spending 35 hours drivingper day.
This role is best suited for professionals who enjoy a structured flow of high-quality appointments and thrive in a field-based environment. It may not be the right fit for thoseseekinga fully remote or office-based sales role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home design consultations and recommend tailored solutions
- Takeaccuratemeasurements and prepare detailed project specifications
- Manage your sales pipeline and follow-up to drive conversion
- Deliver a professional high-quality client experience from consultation through installation
- Partner with installation and operations teams to ensure successful project completion
- Meet or exceed sales performance goals

- Strong communicationskills and professional presence
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Passion for delivering an exceptional client experience
- Background in in-home sales design consulting real estate or luxury retail preferred
- Residence within 30 minutes of central San Francisco
- Ability tolift upto 35lbs
Compensation& Training
- W-2 employee status (not an independent contractor)
- $1500 per week plus commission during a 12-weekramp period
- Transition to uncapped commission after training
- Monthly bonus opportunity tied to customerexperience
- Gain Share Program participation
- Paid training in Denver
