Job Summary
Hilton Mystic is seeking a dedicated AM Breakfast Cook to join our hospitality team in Mystic CT. This role involves preparing and cooking breakfast items ensuring high-quality food presentation and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence and enjoy working in a fast-paced guest-focused setting.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook breakfast items to order following Hiltons recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure all food is presented attractively and meets health and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and cooking areas.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain smooth operations during breakfast service.
- Monitor inventory and report shortages to management.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a cook preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
- Ability to work early morning shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation guidelines.
