Location: Oakes GMC Kansas City MO
Schedule: Full-Time MondaySaturday with one weekday off each week
Compensation: $36000 - $75000 annually (no cap) base commission

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales BDC Agent to join our growing this role you will be the first point of contact for potential customers helping guide them through the early stages of the car buying process and setting appointments for our sales team. This position is ideal for someone who is outgoing organized and thrives in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.

What Youll Do

• Respond to inbound internet leads calls and customer inquiries

• Schedule and confirm sales appointments

• Follow up with unsold customers and maintain consistent communication

• Track and manage all activity in Drive Centric

• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience

• Support showroom traffic and overall sales efforts as needed

• Assist with dealership operations when needed including helping move vehicles keeping the lot organized and capturing in-store customer information to enter into Drive Centric

• Stay organized and consistent with follow-up to maximize opportunities

What Were Looking For- 14 font

• Strong communication skills with a positive customer-first attitude

• Highly organized detail-oriented and dependable

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced performance-driven environment

• Previous customer service or sales experience required (BDC or automotive experience preferred)

Requirements

• Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record

• Ability to pass a background check

• Strong reliability and consistent attendance

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced customer-focused environment

• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn
