Commercial Landscape Crew Member

Russell Landscape is seeking skilled motivated and hard-working Crew Members to join our commercial landscape maintenance team. If you take pride in quality work enjoy working outdoors and want to grow your career with a top-tier landscaping company we want to hear from you.

What Youll Do

Work as part of a professional landscape maintenance crew servicing commercial properties
Perform maintenance tasks including mowing trimming edging mulching planting and pruning
Assist with loading and unloading equipment and materials while keeping tools organized and maintained
Follow direction from Crew Leaders and help keep job sites clean safe and completed on time
Occasionally assist with landscape construction or enhancement projects
Take pride in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces

What You Bring

12 years of commercial landscaping experience preferred (we will train the right person)
Ability to operate landscape equipment such as mowers blowers and trimmers
Strong work ethic reliability and attention to detail
Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
Valid drivers license is a plus
