What We Offer
Competitive pay: $18- $20/hour based on experience
$1500 SIGN-ON BONUS!
Work-life balance: 4-day work week (4x10 shifts):
Sunday - Wednesday OR Wednesday - Saturday days
OR
Monday - Friday nights
3 weeks PTO starting on day one
Weekly paychecks for your convenience
$6240 annual shift premium for 2nd shift ($3/hour extra!)
$1200 annual tool allowance
$200 annual boot allowance
$1200 annual CDL A/B stipend

What Youll Be Taught
- Perform basic preventative maintenance inspections under supervision
- Perform basic DOT Inspection under supervision for the minimum of 1 year
- Removal and install of tire and wheel assembly under supervision
- Perform minor air brake component repairs under supervision
- Perform minor body parts replacement under supervision
- Perform minor frame component parts under supervision
- Perform trailer alignments under supervision
- Minor side panel repairs
- Crossmember replacement repairs under supervision
- Support and assist fellow technicians as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
What Were Looking For
- Someone who is eager to LEARN!
- Some experience with hand tools power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Basic computer skills to operate diagnostic software and tools
- Valid Drivers License required
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
Proficiency in English communication skills (speaking reading and writing) required.
