• Lead and supervise a team of craftsmen in various home improvement projects.
• Perform high-quality repairs installations and renovations across multiple trades.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to all safety protocols.
• Manage project timelines and ensure timely completion of all tasks.
• Train and mentor junior craftsmen to enhance their skills and performance.
• Assist in estimating project costs and managing budgets.
• Build strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.

• Proven experience in home repair and remodeling with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team.
• Knowledge of various trades including carpentry plumbing and electrical work.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to travel to job sites.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Relevant certifications or licenses in trades are a plus.
